Return policy
Under Cabinet Regulation No. 207, the buyer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
To return an item you do not like, please contact us by email at info@kotiki.lv, specifying the item you wish to return and the reason for returning it.
Return conditions:
The item must be complete and properly packaged. If it is incomplete or the packaging is damaged, the seller may refuse to accept it.
The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
The buyer pays the return costs, except when an item is returned due to a quality issue.
Due to differences in computer screen settings, the item's colour may differ from the image. In this case, the buyer pays the return costs.
If the buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or contents of the purchased item, they may exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used or damaged and retains its original properties. If the seller cannot exchange it for a similar item, the buyer will be refunded the amount paid, including delivery costs (except additional costs incurred by choosing a more expensive delivery method).
If a faulty item is returned, www.kotiki.lv undertakes to accept it and exchange it or refund the buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
An item can only be returned if it has not been used or damaged and its appearance has not changed.
