Receipt and delivery of purchases

Our products can be purchased without prior ordering in Riga, at Emilija Benjaminņas Street 19, on weekdays from 12:00 to 18:00.

Procedure for receiving purchases

Ordered goods can be picked up at the warehouse www.kotiki.lv In Riga, at Emilija Benjaminnas Street 19, during warehouse business hours. Delivery via Omniva is also available.

Pickup:
The order can be picked up in Riga, at the address: st. Emilia Benjaminas 19 (formerly Gogol St.).
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 18:00.
Your order will be ready for pickup after you receive an SMS confirming that it is ready for pickup.
Please note: Unpaid orders are reserved for 3 days only.

Delivery via Omniva

Once payment is received, an Omniva tracking code will be sent to your email address, allowing you to track the status of your shipment. Your order typically arrives within 2-3 days.

Dispatch time:
We ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
In rare cases (for example, if the item is in a different warehouse), the delivery time may increase to 7 days.
In this case, you will be notified by email.
Order processing does not begin until payment is received.
